How to customize your leaderboard
MakeTheBoard offers various options for customizing your leaderboard and enabling or disabling features. This guide will walk you through the different customization options of our scoreboards.
1. Creating a leaderboard
First, you need to create a leaderboard. You can do this by
pressing the button below.

Click on the button above

Enter information about your name, such as the players & scores

Click on "Create Leaderboard" and you will then see your new board.
2. The Settings Page
Once you created your leaderboard, you will see the "Control Center" on top of your board. In here, you will see your "Settings" button. Click here to customize your leaderboard.

Title: The title will be shown at the top of your board, and is the name of your leaderboard.

Progress Goal: When a value is entered, a progress bar will be displayed at the top of your board. This will also display the overall total for your board.

Unit Prefix and Suffix: This allows you to add a text that appears before (prefix) or after (suffix) the scores on your leaderboard. If your scores have units, such as "miles", "deals closed", "dollars", etc. you would add them here.

Logo & Logo Width: Adding a logo is a great way to brand your leaderboard. Once a logo is uploaded, you can also change the width (or size) of it on your board. It will appear on top of your board.

Search Filter: This is useful for leaderboards with a lot of participants. When activated, a box with a search bar will appear to filter participants.

Overall Score: When this is activatred, a box with the total score for the whole board will appear.

Self-Registration: When this is enabled, a new button will appear in your "Control Center". This button will show you a link to share for participants to register themselves to your leaderboard.
